New Works Festival

The FYT New Works Festival presents new plays and musicals in staged readings and workshops over a three-day period. Audiences consist of local playgoers and representative from around the country for this special event.
 
FYT provides a gathering place for theatre professionals and audiences to connect and share ideas and interests in the context of a festival that promotes the latest and best in American playwriting and musical theatre writing for young audiences. The Festival will feature panel discussions and talk backs with the creative teams of the work. FYT Audience members will get a chance to see these new plays and musicals in workshop from before anyone else and to be part of their development.
